This is "Cherry on a Spoon" or "Spoonbridge and Cherry. Located in The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden in front of the Walker Art Center. It is made of aluminum, stainless steel, and paint. It was created by a husband and wife. The husband liked the spoon and the wife liked the cherry. Their names are Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen.During the warmer months it has water that come out of the cherry's stem.
You can see that it is very big sculpture. It is displayed very nicely. I really like that it is near the forrest. I also like that it is simple but it also took a lot of work.
Also there is a stream that goes under the handle of the spoon.
